Purchased as a vacant seven-unit apartment building in 2009 for around $5 million and subsequently renovated and expanded over several years in collaboration with Butler Armsden Architects<\/a>, it was last sold to its current owners in 2020 as part of an off-market deal for $32 million in what was one of the area\u2019s most expensive single-family sales<\/a> of that year.
