The project, named the Catalonia Palms Assisted Living Facility, will include 32 resident units, eight employee units, and associated amenities. The single-story facility will include two residential wings and a central amenity-oriented space. Illustrations show a fairly aesthetically vacant design, with gabled roofing and a porte-coch\u00e8re over the main entrance.<\/p>\n<p>The site will include an agricultural-focused garden in the backyard, including several dozen vegetable boxes, flower boxes, and grape trellises.
