{"id":183319,"date":"2026-02-18T19:17:28","date_gmt":"2026-02-18T19:17:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/183319\/"},"modified":"2026-02-18T19:17:28","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T19:17:28","slug":"2-rescued-from-top-of-eight-story-building-after-scaffold-breaks-in-sacramento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/183319\/","title":{"rendered":"2 rescued from top of eight-story building after scaffold breaks in Sacramento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One person had been left hanging by harness and the other was stuck on the leaning scaffold at Q and 15 streets, the Sacramento Fire Department said.<\/p>\n<p>SACRAMENTO, Calif. \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abc10.com\/section\/sacramento\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Sacramento<\/a> fire crews rescued two people from the top of an eight-story building after a scaffold broke Wednesday morning downtown, authorities said.<\/p>\n<p>One person had been left hanging by a harness, and the other was stuck on the leaning scaffold around 9:15 a.m. at Q and 15 streets, per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityofsacramento.gov\/fire.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Sacramento Fire Department<\/a> spokesman Capt.
