SAN JOSE \u2013 A 20-year-old Modesto man has been arrested in connection with a shooting last year in San Jose, police said.<\/p>\n

The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 at a business in the 2300 block of McKee Road, San Jose police spokesperson Stacie Shih said in a news release.<\/p>\n

The suspect drew a gun inside the establishment before walking outside and firing at the victim, who was still inside the business, Shih said. The victim was not injured.<\/p>\n

Shih said the suspect left the area before officers arrived, but he was identified by detectives as Manuel Orozco-Calderon.<\/p>\n

Orozco-Calderon was arrested Feb. 11 in Modesto and booked into Santa Clara County jail on suspicion of attempted murder and shooting into an inhabited dwelling, Shih said.<\/p>\n
