Steve Hilton is leading the crowded field of candidates for the state\u2019s top office in a new Emerson College Poll released Wednesday.<\/p>\n
The survey has Hilton at 17%, followed by Rep. Eric Swalwell (D) at 14%, Sheriff Chad Bianco (R) at 14%, former Rep. Katie Porter (D) at 10%, and Tom Steyer (D) at 9%.<\/p>\n
21% remain undecided.<\/p>\n
