accused of planting two nail bombs at Emeryville\u2019s Chiron Corporation headquarters <a Ratio Innovation Campus Hits Market<\/p>\n<p>The recently renovated Ratio Innovation Campus could soon have a new owner as Morgan Stanley shops a $106 million loan tied to the property, the San Francisco Business Times reports.<\/p>\n<p>The two-building Hollis Street complex was once home to LeapFrog Enterprises before Apple\u2019s 2010 iPad launch reshaped the children\u2019s learning Market as Potential Short Sale<\/p>\n<p>One of Emeryville\u2019s largest office properties is heading to market as post-pandemic vacancy continues to challenge the city\u2019s commercial sector. Blackstone is marketing EmeryTech, a 234,016-square-foot campus at 1400 65th St., for sale through Newmark the SF Business Times is reporting.<\/p>\n<p>The listing comes months after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/sanfrancisco\/news\/2025\/10\/01\/premier-nutrition-clif-bar-emeryville-emerytech.html\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/sanfrancisco\/news\/2025\/10\/01\/premier-nutrition-clif-bar-emeryville-emerytech.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Premier Nutrition<\/a> signed a 10-year lease for roughly 118,000 square feet, boosting occupancy to about 67%.
