The game will be broadcast on the Mountain West Network and 670 KBOI AM.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSCOUTING THE SPARTANS<br \/>\nSan Jose State is tied for 11th in the MW standings with Utah State, both holding a 2-14 conference record. The Spartans are 4-23 as they are coming off a 58-56 win over the Aggies on Feb. 18. San Jose State ranks second in the conference in blocks per game (3.7) and three point attempts (25.5). Individually, Maya Anderson sits second in the MW in field goal attempts (371) and Gabriela Pato sits third in blocks (30) and blocks per game (1.1).<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nLAST TIME<br \/>\nBoise State defeated San Jose State 96-62 in the last match in Boise, Idaho on Jan. 31. The Broncos set game-highs in points scored (96), field goals (35), 3-pointers (14), rebounds (48), assists (24), scoring run (17-0), points from turnovers (36), fast breaks (14) and points in a quarter (39). <a href=\"https:\/\/broncosports.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/dani-bayes\/13682\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"13682\" target=\"_blank\">Dani Bayes<\/a> notched her second double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds, while <a href=\"https:\/\/broncosports.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/tatum-thompson\/13681\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"13681\" target=\"_blank\">Tatum Thompson<\/a> tallied 28 points. From the Spartans, Amira Brown, Carla Fuster and Maya Anderson all reached double-digit points as they scored 20, 12 and 10 points, respectively.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSTRONG STARTERS<br \/>\nBoise State has started the same five players in every game this season, the only team in the MW to do so.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBIG 5<br \/>\nStarters <a href=\"https:\/\/broncosports.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/dani-bayes\/13682\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"13682\" target=\"_blank\">Dani Bayes<\/a>, Hansen, <a href=\"https:\/\/broncosports.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/libby-hutton\/13677\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"13677\" target=\"_blank\">Libby Hutton<\/a>, Pasco and <a href=\"https:\/\/broncosports.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/tatum-thompson\/13681\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"13681\" target=\"_blank\">Tatum Thompson<\/a> have each surpassed 200 points this season. The Broncos were the first MW team to have five players pass the 100-point threshold, as well as the 150-point mark.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n300+<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/broncosports.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/tatum-thompson\/13681\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"13681\" target=\"_blank\">Tatum Thompson<\/a>, Bayes, and Pasco have scored 368, 343 and 331 points this season, respectively. Boise State stands as the only team in the MW to have three players surpass the 300-point mark.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSTRONG RETURNERS<br \/>\nBayes, Hansen, Pasco and <a href=\"https:\/\/broncosports.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/tatum-thompson\/13681\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"13681\" target=\"_blank\">Tatum Thompson<\/a> have all surpassed 1,000 career points, all of which were achieved as Broncos.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n12 MW WINS<br \/>\nBoise State earned its 12th MW win for the first time since 2019-20 with a 70-62 victory over Air Force on Feb. 18. It marked head coach <a href=\"https:\/\/broncosports.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/coaches\/gordy-presnell\/1422\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"1422\" target=\"_blank\">Gordy Presnell<\/a>&#8216;s eighth season with 12+ conference wins, sixth in the MW, in his tenure at Boise State.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n13+ MW WINS<br \/>\nThe Broncos are looking for their 13th conference win for the first time since 2019-20. The feat would mark Presnell&#8217;s third time doing so in the MW and fourth time overall since being at Boise State.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n21 WINS<br \/>\nBoise State earned its 21st win of the season over Air Force on Feb. 18. It marked the eighth time overall, sixth time in the MW, that the team has done so under Presnell.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n22+ WINS<br \/>\nThe Broncos are searching for their first 22 win season since 2019-20. Presnell has done so five times in the MW and seven times overall.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nWINNING ON THE ROAD<br \/>\nThe Broncos earned their fifth road victory of the season at Wyoming, the first time doing so since the 2023-24 season. If Boise State picks up another, it would mark the first season with six road wins since 2019-20.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nTHIRD QUARTER SCORING<br \/>\nBoise State has outscored its opponents 539-420 in the third quarter this season.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBOARDS<br \/>\nThe Broncos are 15-0 while outrebounding the opponent.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSCORE LEADERS<br \/>\nIn the 27 games that Boise State has played, a Bronco has been the game-high scorer in 20. <a href=\"https:\/\/broncosports.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/tatum-thompson\/13681\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"13681\" target=\"_blank\">Tatum Thompson<\/a> leads with six games as the leading scorer, followed by Pasco with five, Bayes with four, Hutton with four and Hansen with one.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nCOACH P<br \/>\nPresnell ranks 22nd all-time in NCAA D1 women&#8217;s basketball history with 790 victories. He entered the season fifth among active D1 head coaches.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nLONG RANGE SHOOTING<br \/>\nBoise State has converted 38.7% (189-of-489) of its 3-point field goal attempts, leading the Mountain West and ranking third nationally.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nFROM DEEP<br \/>\nPasco has made 70 3-pointers this season, leading the MW. She also tops the conference in 3-pointers per game at 2.6 Pasco currently shoots 46.1% from three, the seventh-highest in the nation.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBUCKETS<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/broncosports.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/tatum-thompson\/13681\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"13681\" target=\"_blank\">Tatum Thompson<\/a> sits first in the conference individual rankings for field goal percentage at 46.5%.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHELPING HAND<br \/>\nHansen leads the MW with 115 assists and 4.3 assists per game. As a team, the Broncos lead the conference with 16.0 assists per game.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSCORING OFFENSE<br \/>\nThe Broncos are averaging 71.0 points per game, the highest mark in the MW.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nCHARITY STRIPE SUCCESS<br \/>\nBoise State leads the MW in free throws made per game with 13.0.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nFOR THREE<br \/>\nBayes holds the 12th-highest, 2nd in the MW, single-game three-point percentage nationally this season. She shot 77.8% (7-of-9) against UC Davis on Nov. 14. Bayes&#8217; mark also ties for the second-best single-game percentage in program history.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nTOP FIVE ALERT<br \/>\nBayes has moved into the top five in program history in career 3-pointers made with 201. She sits in fourth, trailing Pasco in second with 265.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nNINE-STRAIGHT<br \/>\nBoise State&#8217;s nine-game conference win streak ended on Feb. 11 with a 75-69 loss to Fresno State. The streak was the longest the team has achieved in a single season since 2007-08 and the first time that the Broncos have done so since joining the MW in 2011-12.<br \/>\n*NOTE: Only regular season games over a single season are included in the winning streak; the conference tournament is excluded.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nCAREER MILESTONES<br \/>\nBayes and <a href=\"https:\/\/broncosports.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/tatum-thompson\/13681\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"13681\" target=\"_blank\">Tatum Thompson<\/a> both surpassed the 1,000 career points milestone against Grand Canyon on Jan. 3, with <a href=\"https:\/\/broncosports.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/tatum-thompson\/13681\" rel=\"smarttag nofollow noopener\" rev=\"13681\" target=\"_blank\">Tatum Thompson<\/a> also eclipsing 500 career rebounds in the same game.<br \/>\nHansen notched her 1,000th career point against New Mexico on Feb. 7.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBACK-TO-BACK<br \/>\nBoise State put up back-to-back +15 wins over conference opponents for the first time since the 2019-20 season. The Broncos defeated Wyoming 77-40 on Jan. 14 and Utah State 76-60 on Jan. 17.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nREBOUNDS<br \/>\nThe Broncos grabbed more rebounds (44) than the Cowgirls had points (40) on Jan. 14. The last time this was done against a conference opponent was Jan. 20, 2024, when Boise State had 49 rebounds as it defeated Utah State 76-41.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nTAKES A TEAM<br \/>\nTwelve different Broncos scored against Wyoming on Jan. 14, the most scorers in a single game this season.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nOFF THE BENCH<br \/>\nBoise State&#8217;s bench scored a season-high 37 points against Wyoming on Jan. 14.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSCORING OUTBURST <br \/>\nBoise State scored 83 points against San Francisco on Nov. 9 and tallied 91 points against UC Davis on Nov. 14, marking the first time since Feb. 18 and 20, 2021, at Utah State that the Broncos scored at least 80 points in back-to-back games.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nNOT SO FAST<br \/>\nBoise State held North Dakota 0.0% (0-of-20) from three-point range in its 65-45 win at the Paradise Jam tournament on Nov. 27. The performance ties the program record for the lowest opponent three-point percentage with the most attempts (20).<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHOME SWEET HOME<br \/>\nThe Broncos have started their season 7-0 at home for three-consecutive seasons and 8-0 for two-consecutive seasons.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nHOME STREAK<br \/>\nBoise State won 10-consecutive home games, spanning from Feb. 18, 2025 to Dec. 31, 2025.
