CLOVIS, Calif. (FOX26) \u2014 Watch as the Clovis West and Clovis High School girls’ basketball teams clinch their spot in the Division 1 final next Saturday at Selland Arena.<\/p>\n
The Golden Eagles (28-3) will play for their 14th consecutive Section championship. They have defeated the Cougars in the D1 final twice in the past three years.<\/p>\n
But in last year’s championship game, Clovis pushed Clovis West to overtime, led by star guard Sadie Sin.<\/p>\n
The Long Beach State-bound senior scored 28 points – 16 of them in the 4th quarter – in Friday’s 55-43 semifinal win over Central East.<\/p>\n
