SAN JOSE, Calif.\u2014Maya Anderson<\/a> reached the 20-point plateau for the second consecutive game as the San Jos\u00e9 State women\u2019s basketball team fell to second-place Boise State, 71-48, Saturday afternoon in a Mountain West game at the Provident Credit Union Event Center.<\/p>\n

Anderson led the Spartans with 20 points in the game, going a perfect 10-for-10 from the free throw line. She has now scored 20 or more points in four games and her second consecutive after a 22-point night in the win over Utah State Wednesday night.
\nAllie Cummins<\/a> was the only other Spartan in double figures with 14 points on 5-of-10 shooting from the field, 4-for-7 from three-point range.
\nKaliyah Dillard<\/a> led San Jos\u00e9 State in rebounding for the second straight game with seven rebounds.
\nKatarina Anderson<\/a> again led the team with four assists and grabbed three steals.
\nGabriela Pato<\/a> came off the bench to grab six rebounds and block three shots.
\nThe Spartans blocked six shots in the game for the fifth time this season.
\nSan Jos\u00e9 State shot a season-best 92.9% from the free-throw line, making 13-of 14 attempts.<\/p>\n

UP NEXT \u2013 The Spartans go on the road for two games next week, starting at Nevada on Wednesday, the 25th at 6:30 p.m., followed by a game at Grand Canyon on Saturday, the 28th at 1 p.m. MT\/12 p.m. PT.<\/p>\n
