FULLERTON, Calif. – The Cal State Fullerton Titans women’s tennis team complete a 4-game home stand winning streak after defeating San Jose State on Sunday at the Titan Courts.<\/p>\n

The Titans improved to 6-2 overall for the season and have won 5 straight games.<\/p>\n

The Titans made it easier on themselves after winning the doubles point to give them a 1-0 headstart. \u00a0Seha Yu<\/a>\/Martina Markov<\/a> won in No. 2 Doubles and Amelia Zylberman<\/a>\/Milena Gevorgyan<\/a> won 6-1 in No. 3 doubles.<\/p>\n

In singles play , the Titans won the first set on the first five courts. \u00a0Amelia Zylberman<\/a> continued her fantastic start to her career after winning 6-1, 6-3 on Court 3. \u00a0After facing a marathon match on Friday, Seha Yu<\/a> won in straight sets 6-2, 6-2 on Court 4 to give the Titans a 3-0 lead. \u00a0Emilie Lugon-Moulin<\/a> clinched the match for the Titans after winning 6-3, 6-3 on Court 2.<\/p>\n

The Titans will close out the month of February with one road game game at UC San Diego next Saturday. First serve is set for 11:00 a.m. at the\u00a0Northview Tennis Courts.<\/p>\n
