A San Jose family had to make funeral arrangements for two cousins who were shot to death in downtown San Jose on Super Bowl Sunday.<\/p>\n
Raymond Aguirre\u2019s parents say they never thought they’d have to bury their own child.<\/p>\n
The 29-year-old was shot and killed on Super Bowl Sunday in downtown San Jose alongside his cousin, 37-year-old Nickolas Amador Banuelos.<\/p>\n
“I\u2019m gonna miss him coming in my house and hearing his voice,\u201d Aguirre\u2019s mom Juanita Casillas said.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe was loved so much by everybody, you know,\u201d Aguirre\u2019s dad Fernando Aguirre added.<\/p>\n
Banuelo\u2019s mom is left with only memories of her son.<\/p>\n
San Jose police found the two men shot early morning on Super Bowl Sunday, near San Pedro Square. They believe the two had gotten in some sort of altercation beforehand.<\/p>\n
San Jose police say they’ve made an arrest.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe definitely want justice for them. They were way too young to be taken from all of us,\u201d Casillas said.<\/p>\n
On Saturday, the family was making funeral arrangements. They remembered Banuelos as a loving father who liked sports, and Aguirre as a free spirit.<\/p>\n
They’ve launched two GoFundMe\u2019s for funeral expenses and are asking anyone who may have heard or seen anything to contact San Jose police.<\/p>\n
