How did your ZIP do? \u2013 Orange County Register"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The median home sales price dipped in the past year in 42% of Orange County ZIP codes, according to Attom.<\/p>\n<p>Looking at the 87 ZIP codes with comparable sales in December 2025, prices increased in the past year in 51 and decreased in 36.<\/p>\n<p>The priciest ZIP among those with five or more sales was Newport Coast 92657 with a $5.62 million median. Cheapest? Laguna Woods 92637\u2019s $542,000 median.<\/p>\n<p>Sales were up in 43 ZIPs, down in 43 and one was unchanged. The busiest ZIP was Irvine 92618 with 70 sales.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, the countywide median of $1.16 million was flat over 12 months. Total sales of 1,746 were down 9% for the year.<\/p>\n<p>How did your ZIP do?
