After rain, snow and cold temperatures struck Southern California, things are about to heat up, with temperatures 10 to 20 degrees above normal.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, a nearly weeklong stretch of warm weather is expected to hit the area, including the Victor Valley, Barstow and Inland Empire, the National Weather Service reported.<\/p>\n

After rain, snow and cold temperatures struck Southern California, things are about to heat up, with temperatures 10 to 20 degrees above normal.<\/p>\n

High temperatures in the low to mid-70s are expected in places like Adelanto, Apple Valley, Hesperia and Victorville, while Barstow basks in the low-80s.<\/p>\n

Rancho Cucamonga San Bernardino and Ontario are expected to reach the 70s and 80s.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the San Bernardino Mountains should see highs in the 50s and 60s.<\/p>\n

This year, daylight saving time begins at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 8, when time clocks “spring forward” an hour and are reset to 3 a.m.<\/p>\n

This year, the first day of spring, marked by the vernal equinox in the Northern Hemisphere, will happen on Friday, March 20.<\/p>\n
