The investors behind the Transamerica Pyramid have struck a deal to sell the skyscraper that has defined the San Francisco skyline for more than half a century.<\/p>\n
The owners, including developer Michael Shvo\u2019s namesake company and Deutsche Finance America<\/a>, agreed to sell the iconic skyscraper and the surrounding complex to Cyprus-based investment firm Yoda Plc<\/a>, according to people familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified discussing private information.
