Noel Garcia<\/a> made a big impact no matter where he played. He struck out nine batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off two hits (and not a single walk). Garcia was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with three stolen bases and one run. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he’s played.<\/p>\n

In other batting news, Josue Jarquin<\/a> was excellent, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with four stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Dedrick Vanloo<\/a>, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.<\/p>\n
