FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) \u2014 A doctor in Fresno has had his medical license revoked after he was accused of sexually assaulting a female patient during an examination in 2021.<\/p>\n
The patient says she was seeing Dr. Victor Lynn Perry, M.D., for follow-up neck surgery, where she said she was experiencing sciatic nerve pain. <\/p>\n
Dr. Perry, who graduated from Yale University School of Medicine in 1993, worked at the medical offices at 6177 N Thesta Street, Ste 103.<\/p>\n
She said Dr. Perry had her lie down to check, and that when he put his hand inside her underwear, telling her, “It’s okay. You’re okay. I’m just adjusting.”<\/p>\n
She says she got up from the table and walked out, handing a note to the receptionist that read, “Dr. Perry totally violated me.”<\/p>\n
Following an investigation, the Medical Board of California revoked Perry’s Physician’s and Surgeon’s Certificate.<\/p>\n
Dr. Perry’s license was revoked as of 5 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2026.<\/p>\n
