Refreshments begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by Prang\u2019s presentation and Q&amp;A from 11 a.m. to noon.<\/p>\n<p>The event focuses on tax implications for residents recovering from the January 2025 Palisades Fire, including how insurance payouts, mortgage forbearance and property damage affect assessments.
