Earlier this week, the project was approved by the city\u2019s Historic and Cultural Preservation Committee after the applicant reduced the overall height and guestroom capacity. The restaurant will be split between the ground floor and a rooftop deck. Additional amenities will include a second-floor fitness center and a third-floor spa. Guest parking will be provided through a valet service, with ten spaces on-site and additional parking off-site.<\/p>\n<p>Page Southerland Page is responsible for the design and landscape architecture. Page was acquired by <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/stantec\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Stantec<\/a> in August 2025. Renderings show a contemporary, stripped-back aesthetic that takes direct inspiration from the Victorian architecture of the Petaluma Masonic Hall &amp; Lodge. Speaking with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfchronicle.com\/bayarea\/article\/luxury-hotel-wine-country-petaluma-21941523.php\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">San Francisco Chronicle<\/a>, the developer said they expect to open doors as early as 2029.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-45243\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2-Petaluma-Boulevard-South-image-via-Google-Satellite.jpg\" alt=\"2 Petaluma Boulevard South, image via Google Satellite\" width=\"1500\" height=\"911\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">2 Petaluma Boulevard South, image via Google Satellite<\/p>\n<p>The 0.33-acre property is located at the corner of Petaluma Boulevard and B Street, a block away from the Petaluma River waterfront.
