LOS ANGELES (KABC) — While many were excited for the L.A. Metro’s D Line extension announcement, the merch that’s associated with the line is going viral.<\/p>\n

The first phase of the Metro D Line extension<\/a> will officially open on May 8. This section of the Purple Line will extend throughout Koreatown and Beverly Hills.<\/p>\n

Surprisingly, while many were excited for the social media announcement, the merch tied to the line is actually taking center stage. The black T-shirt features the slogan “Ride the D”<\/a> in the top center, with the “D” matching the format of the line itself.<\/p>\n

There is also a crop top version<\/a>. They can be purchased on the agency’s website, although it might not be appropriate to wear on all occasions.<\/p>\n
