{"id":198818,"date":"2026-03-01T03:09:08","date_gmt":"2026-03-01T03:09:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/198818\/"},"modified":"2026-03-01T03:09:08","modified_gmt":"2026-03-01T03:09:08","slug":"women-from-riverside-and-colorado-convicted-of-pursuing-an-ice-agent-in-la-daily-breeze","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/198818\/","title":{"rendered":"Women from Riverside and Colorado convicted of pursuing an ICE agent in LA \u2013 Daily Breeze"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LOS ANGELES \u2014 A June 8 sentencing hearing has been set for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailynews.com\/2025\/09\/26\/two-southern-california-women-charged-with-doxxing-harassing-ice-agent\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">two women convicted of pursuing an ICE agent<\/a> by car through the streets of Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>Cynthia Raygoza, 38, of Riverside, and Ashleigh Brown, 38, of Aurora, Colorado, were found guilty by a jury late Friday of stalking the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement deportation officer, according to the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Evidence at the weeklong trial showed Raygoza and Brown followed the agent\u2019s vehicle from a federal building in downtown Los Angeles to the ICE employee\u2019s Baldwin Park home on Aug. 28, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors said the defendants used Instagram accounts including one titled \u201cice_out_ofla\u201d to stream their actions.<\/p>\n<p>Upon arriving at the victim\u2019s home, the defendants shouted to bystanders that their \u201cneighbor is ICE,\u201d \u201cla migra lives here\u201d and \u201cICE lives on your street and you should know,\u201d the jury in Los Angeles federal court was told.<\/p>\n<p>Raygoza and Brown were each found guilty of one count of stalking and acquitted of one count of conspiring to publish protected personal information about a federal employee.
