The three-level basement garage will provide space for 38 cars, with unspecified space for bicycles. Unit types vary with nine one-bedrooms, 30 two-bedrooms, and four three-bedrooms. Residential amenities will be located on the second floor, including a social lounge and fitness center.<\/p>\n<p>Costa Brown Architecture is responsible for the design. Illustrations show a curtain-wall glass structure with angular elements and a slight cantilever over the sidewalk. The project will feature a triangular corner, with an open ground-floor space providing access to three retail spaces and a residential lobby. This inclusion allowed the developer to invoke the State Density Bonus law and Senate Bill 330 to streamline the approval process and increase residential capacity.
