Instagram\/rexrichardsonlb<\/p>\n<p>The motive, circumstances of the shooting, and suspect information remain under investigation, officials said. <\/p>\n<p>The Long Beach outpost was opened in partnership with the Broadus family \u2014 including rap legend Snoop Dogg \u2014 who came out for the opening.
