The Los Angeles flagship is sticking to the hits that made it famous: Ahi Poke tacos, the California Burger (topped with a fried egg, bacon, gruy\u00e8re cheese and balsamic onions on a brioche bun), and the Kimchi Burger with spicy gochujang mayo on a toasted egg bun for those looking for a kick.<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:0.79882813;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"38654119\" width=\"471\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/gotts-roadside-northern-california-institution-122637155.png\" alt=\"Close-up of a hand holding a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and sauce.\" class=\"wp-image-38654119\"  \/>The new location opens March 6.<\/p>\n<p>A first for Gott\u2019s, the new location will feature a soft-serve window with Strauss organic vanilla and chocolate swirly scoops.
