The project will produce 28 apartments on a surface parking lot. Anchor Real Estate Investments is listed as the property owner.<\/p>\n<p>The roughly 75-foot-tall structure is expected to yield around 28,800 square feet, including some affordable units to lower-income and moderate-income households. The latest application shows the team is pursuing a reduction in overall capacity to 28 units, down from the previously proposed 33-unit complex.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-43303\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/3000-T-Street-image-via-Google-Street-View.jpg\" alt=\"3000 T Street, image via Google Street View\" width=\"1500\" height=\"843\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">3000 T Street, image via Google Street View<\/p>\n<p>Anchor Real Estate is planning to subdivide an existing parcel to split a two-story office complex and associated surface parking. In 2024, Turton Commercial Real Estate filed plans to convert the two-story office structure into a ten-unit apartment complex.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/crkw-studio\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CRKW Studio<\/a> drafted previous plans. The latest application does not provide a plan set or updated renderings for the building.<\/p>\n<p>The 0.3-acre site is located at the northern point of a sprawling intersection of Highway 50 and Highway 99.
