Job Summary:<\/p>\n
ABC7 Eyewitness News is seeking a Marketing Associate who will support the needs of the marketing department by partnering with the Director – Creative Services, and other creative team members to support the development and delivery of key creative campaigns across all platforms and audience touchpoints. This detail-oriented person will utilize best workflow practices to ensure production processes for producers are efficient and timely. They will also ensure creative reached strategic audiences across all platforms. They are a highly creative, collaborative and solution-oriented person, helping to elevate the Eyewitness News brand with every project.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:<\/p>\n
1. Production & Workflow Support – Supports daytoday creative production by assisting with asset creation, file preparation, tracking deadlines, and coordinating delivery. Applies established workflows to help keep projects moving efficiently, escalating issues.<\/p>\n
2. Brand & Campaign Execution – Assists in executing marketing and promotional campaigns across broadcast, digital, and social platforms while applying brand consistency. Helps ensure creative reaches intended audiences and supports the overall quality, accuracy, and brand integrity.<\/p>\n
3. Research, Coordination & Administrative Support – Provides coordination support to the Director – Creative Services and creative team, including research on industry trends, organizing materials, and supporting presentations and stakeholder communication. Enables senior staff to focus on strategy and highlevel creative decisions<\/p>\n
Required Education, Experience\/Skills\/Training:<\/p>\n
Basic Qualifications:<\/p>\n
A technical understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
Strong organizational skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly
Experience in brand promotion\/presentation, video production, and storytelling
Knowledge of news media, entertainment, and video production workflows
Maintain brand authenticity throughout all creative work
Deliver and present creative concepts to Creative and Marketing partners and project stakeholders
Assist in the production of a variety of assets and understands file preparation\/deadlines\/delivery
Research industry trends, techniques and materials and apply to design solutions
Knowledge of social media and digital production, trends, and key audience data<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n
2+ years multimedia marketing experience<\/p>\n
Preferred Education:<\/p>\n
BA\/BFA degree in Communications<\/p>\n
The hiring range for this position in San Francisco, CA is $71,600 – $95,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and\/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and\/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.<\/p>\n
