The small project would split the existing single-family house close to the Sunset Reservoir Park and several shops along Noriega Street. The property owner is listed as a local individual.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal will require minimal internal demolition, and the street-facing facade will be unaltered. The project will split the structure into a compact three-bedroom rear accessory dwelling unit and a two-bedroom second-floor dwelling unit.<\/p>\n<p>Public records show the existing structure was built in 1939 by an unknown architect and builder.<\/p>\n<p>The narrow property is located along 25th Avenue between Noriega Street and Ortega Street, half a block from the Sunset Reservoir Park, and six blocks from Golden Gate Park.
