Garden Grove police Wednesday were investigating a suspected gang-related fatal shooting of a teen and the wounding of another boy.<\/p>\n
The shooting happened just before 8 p.m. Tuesday in the 12500 block of Sandalwood Lane, according to Sgt. Nick Jensen of the Garden Grove Police Department. The victims were 16 and 17 years old, he said.<\/p>\n
One of the victims was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The other victim is expected to survive, Jensen said.<\/p>\n
The two were in front of a home hanging out when the suspects walked up and opened fire, Jensen said.<\/p>\n
