{"id":205255,"date":"2026-03-05T07:28:14","date_gmt":"2026-03-05T07:28:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/205255\/"},"modified":"2026-03-05T07:28:14","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T07:28:14","slug":"busy-buyers-purchase-another-affordable-apartment-hub-in-san-jose-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/205255\/","title":{"rendered":"Busy buyers purchase another affordable apartment hub in San Jose"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SAN JOSE \u2014 Beverly Hills-based Post Investment Group purchased another affordable apartment complex in San Jose in a deal that shows there is still interest in South Bay residential hubs despite uncertainties in the region\u2019s housing sector.<\/p>\n<p>Through an affiliate, the company bought the 130-unit Cherry Creek apartment complex at 2020 Southwest Expressway for just under $34.2 million, documents filed on March 3 with the Santa Clara County Recorder\u2019s Office show.<\/p>\n<p>The deal represented the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mercurynews.com\/2026\/03\/03\/san-jose-home-build-property-house-affordable-economy-real-estate\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">second San Jose apartment property<\/a> bought recently by a unit of Post Investment.
