OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. \u2013 Police are seeking help identifying a man who robbed a clerk at knife-point at an Oakland County lingerie store.<\/p>\n
The incident occurred on Sunday (Feb. 22) at 6:20 p.m. when the man entered Intimate Ideas at 2603 Union Lake Road through a rear door armed with a knife in Commerce Township.<\/p>\n
Police said the man demanded that the clerk give him money from the cash register.<\/p>\n
Officials said the 19-year-old clerk gave him money, but the man demanded more cash before fleeing the area in a black 2015-2018 Ford Focus.<\/p>\n
Police said the 19-year-old clerk was not injured, and there were no customers in the store during the robbery.<\/p>\n
The man is believed to be white, approximately 5\u20199\u201d, and has dark facial hair. <\/p>\n
He was wearing baggy clothes, which made it difficult to estimate his weight.<\/p>\n
The incident remains under investigation. <\/p>\n
Anyone with information about the robbery or who may have been in the Union Lake Road area near the store about 6:20 p.m. on Feb. 22 is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP. <\/p>\n
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest in the case. Tipsters remain anonymous.<\/p>\n
