Olympic gold medalist Kacey Bellamy, NHL executive Kim Davis, two-time Olympian and current coach of the\u00a0U.S. Under-18 Women\u2019s National Team Courtney Kennedy and \u201cMighty Ducks\u201d actress Marguerite Moreau all joined together at center ice for the ceremonial face-off.<\/p>\n
In honor of International Women’s Day (Mar. 8, 2026) and Women\u2019s History Month, the two-day event united hundreds of local students, professionals and athletes seeking to learn, network and connect with Olympians, keynote speakers and industry leaders.<\/p>\n
The weekend began\u00a0 March 7 with the debut of the Ducks\u2019 first-ever Women\u2019s Beginner Hockey Camp, held on the ice at Honda Center. Participants were coached by Bellamy, and Kennedy, among others.<\/p>\n
