CALIFORNIA\u2019S ARBOR WEEK KICKS OFF TODAY IN THE CITY OF TREES, THE LAND PARK VOLUNTEER CORPS HAS WAS HARD AT WORK MAKING WILLIAM LAND PARK IN SACRAMENTO A GREENER PLACE. DOZENS OF VOLUNTEERS ARE THE CORPS AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS WERE OUT DIGGING AND PLANTING TREES. THEY SAY IT\u2019S PART OF A MONTHLY EFFORT TO CARE FOR THE PARK AND MAKE IT MORE BEAUTIFUL. THIS TREES HERE SYMBOLIZES GROWTH AND COMMUNITY TO US, SO WE ARE COMMITTED TO TO ASSEMBLING OUR GOLDEN 1 CREW. YOU KNOW, EVERY MONTH, EVERY FIRST SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH. AND WE WILL BE HERE READY TO HELP, READY TO PLANT AND READY TO GROW THE COMMUNITY.
