IT\u2019S ALL HAPPENING AT SAN JUAN AND TRUXEL ROAD ROADS IN THE SOUTH NATOMAS AREA OF SACRAMENTO AND KCRA 3\u2019S. PEYTON HEADLEE JOINS US NOW LIVE FROM THE SCENE. PEYTON, WHAT ARE YOU SEEING OUT THERE? YEAH. SO WE\u2019RE STANDING RIGHT NOW ON TRUXEL ROAD AND VALLARTA CIRCLE. I\u2019LL STEP OUT OF THE WAY AND SHOW YOU WHAT WE CAN SEE FROM ABOUT 50 TO 100 YARDS AWAY. IF YOU LOOK JUST ABOUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION THERE, YOU CAN SEE WHAT APPEARS TO BE A WHITE DODGE WITH A SACRAMENTO POLICE DEPARTMENT VEHICLE JUST ABOUT ON TOP OF IT. SO RIGHT NOW, STILL A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW THIS HAPPENED. WE DON\u2019T KNOW HOW THAT POLICE VEHICLE ENDED UP THERE. IF IT WAS JUST DRIVING ALONG HERE, OR IF THIS HAPPENED IN PART OF A PURSUIT, REALLY A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT LED UP TO THIS. THE SURROUNDING ROADS IN THE AREA HERE, THEY\u2019RE PRIMARILY JUST LETTING PEOPLE THROUGH. FOR ANYONE WHO LIVES IN THESE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOODS, WE\u2019RE RIGHT NEXT TO NATOMAS HIGH SCHOOL AGAIN HERE ON TRUXEL ROAD.
