Antisemitic graffiti <\/a>found painted on a wall on San Jose State\u2019s campus called for the \u201ceradication of Jews\u201d and told students to \u201cmake Osama proud.\u201d<\/p>\n

The crude scrawls called for the elimination of Jews on March 11 and 12.<\/p>\n

Another message said: \u201cSJSU Sorry But for Allah 3\/11 will be 9\/11.\u201d<\/p>\n

Antisemitic graffiti was found scrawled on a wall at the school\u2019s campus.<\/p>\n

The hateful graffiti follows a recent violent attack on two Jewish men who said they were attacked because of their religion.<\/p>\n

University officials are concerned more violence will occur.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat we\u2019ve seen on this campus this week was words, not physical violence,\u201d SJSU Jewish Faculty and Staff Association President Philip Heller told ABC 7<\/a>. \u201cWe have seen physical violence in the past and my concern is that we\u2019ll see more.\u201d<\/p>\n

Heller said students were offered a counseling session and no one came.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs far as I can tell, the reason was that they didn\u2019t think it was a good idea to get that many Jewish students together in one place on this campus during a time of threat,\u201d Heller said.<\/p>\n

University officials are concerned more violence will occur.<\/p>\n

The university sent out a campus-wide message Friday afternoon saying the graffiti was removed from the campus bathroom and that no evidence has been identified to indicate a credible threat, ABC 7 reported.<\/p>\n

Racist graffiti<\/a> was found on the campus last November, threatening a mass shooting.<\/p>\n

Heller said that the administration seems focused on making things better for Jewish students.<\/p>\n

\u201cNowhere is a place where this should be happening,\u201d he said. \u201cWe need to have a lot of listening and talking. And I am happy to say that there\u2019s been quite a bit of movement and genuine interest on the part of the administration in making things much safer for Jews<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n
