Read more on our AI policy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacbee.com\/news\/nation-world\/national\/article280707640.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>An extreme heat watch was issued by the NWS San Diego CA on Sunday at 1:35 a.m. valid from Thursday 10 a.m. until Friday 8 p.m. The watch is for San Bernardino County Mountains, Riverside County Mountains and San Diego County Mountains.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hot conditions with temperatures of 85 to 95 degrees possible below 5500 feet elevation,&#8221; adds the NWS. &#8220;High temperatures this week will be 20 to 30 degrees above normal for this time of year. Anyone overcome by heat should be moved to a cool and shaded location.
