(KFSN) &#8212; You may be eligible for money back for replacing your yard equipment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The Valley Air District is now offering Electric Equipment Rebates to help reduce the use of gas for lawn care.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The air district says funding is available Valley-wide with the goal of improving air quality.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Gas-powered lawn equipment contributes to air pollution, and switching to cleaner electric alternatives helps residents reduce emissions while maintaining their yards.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Through the program, you may qualify for up to $250 off the purchase price of a new electric lawn mower.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">That does require a gas mower trade-in.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">$50 rebates are available for electric yard tools like edgers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and pole saws.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">A trade-in is not required.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC eTIW sUzSN \"><a class=\"zZygg UbGlr iFzkS qdXbA WCDhQ DbOXS tqUtK GpWVU iJYzE \" data-testid=\"prism-linkbase\" href=\"https:\/\/www.valleyair.org\/cgym\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Click here<\/a> if you would like to apply.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2026 KFSN-TV.
