Guests explained the symbolism behind the four core elements\u2014earth, wind, fire, and water\u2014and how personal touches like photographs, candles, marigolds, and favorite foods help bring memories to life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">Now in its third year at Oakland Cemetery (and 23rd year overall), the festival is a joint effort between the Consulate General of Mexico in Atlanta, the Institute of Mexican Culture, and the Historic Oakland Foundation.
