Bank of Hope has\u00a0signed an approximately\u00a050K SF office lease in Downtown Los Angeles<\/a>, relocating its headquarters to the Aon Center<\/a> at 707 Wilshire Blvd. The news was announced by the building’s owner, Carolwood LP, and by Colliers<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The office will serve as Bank of Hope’s new headquarters, which was previously located\u00a0at 3200 Wilshire Blvd. on the outskirts of LA<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The property\u2019s ownership group includes\u00a0principals Daniel Abrams, Andrew Shanfeld and Adam Rubin. Colliers Senior Vice President\u00a0Adam Tischer assembled the ownership group and is also part of it.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Colliers Vice Chair Matthew Heyn and Executive Vice President Ian M. Gilbert brokered the lease on behalf of Carolwood LP. Avison Young<\/a>\u00a0principal Hayden Eaves represented Bank of Hope.<\/p>\n

Last year, the Consulate General of India\u00a0signed a full-floor lease<\/a>\u00a0at the 62-story tower.\u00a0<\/p>\n
