\u201cWe have $5.56 per gallon right now\u00a0in California\u00a0\u2026 nearly $2 higher than the national average,\u201d he said. \u201cOur regulations are impossible to comply with.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have the highest housing prices \u2026 highest electricity rates \u2026 highest taxes,\u201d he said. \u201cThat\u2019s why we have the highest poverty in California when you factor in cost of living.\u201d<\/p>\n
