(FOX40.COM) \u2014 Two vehicles were allegedly involved in hitting a pedestrian Saturday morning, which resulted in the victim\u2019s death, according to the Sacramento Police Department.<\/p>\n

Just after 5 a.m., officers received reports of a vehicle vs. pedestrian collision near Florin Road and 24th Street. Fire personnel responded and pronounced the pedestrian dead on the scene.<\/p>\n
Evidence showed SPD that two vehicles may have been involved in the accident. However, both vehicles left the scene before the police\u2019s arrival.<\/p>\n
Major Collision Investigators and Crime Scene Investigators have begun processing the scene, collecting evidence and have interviewed possible witnesses to the accident.<\/p>\n
