A San Francisco home that was the site of a grisly quadruple murder-suicide just months ago has officially hit the market<\/a> \u2014 and it\u2019s priced to move at $1.49 million.<\/p>\n

The three-bedroom, two-bath house at 930 Monterey Blvd. in the Westwood Highlands neighborhood was once the picture of suburban bliss<\/a>. <\/p>\n

But last October, it became a house of horrors<\/a> when police discovered the bodies of Thomas Ocheltree, 57, his wife Paula Truong, 52, and their two young daughters, aged 9 and 12.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Investigators believe the family\u2019s world unraveled after a string of failed business ventures and accumulating mounting debt, reported by the SF Standard<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Truong allegedly shot her husband and children before turning the gun on herself.<\/p>\n

California law requires realtors to disclose any death on the property that occurred within the last three years.<\/p>\n

The home features classic SF charm, including big bay windows, an updated kitchen, newly refinished hardwood floors and fresh interior paint\u2013though whether the \u201ccharms\u201d outweigh the chilling history remains to be seen.\u00a0<\/p>\n
