FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) \u2014 A man was hospitalized after getting stabbing during a road rage incident Wednesday afternoon in Central Fresno.<\/p>\n
Police say the incident began shortly after 3:00 p.m. near Blackstone Avenue and Dakota Avenue. <\/p>\n
During a confrontation, a man in his mid-30s is believed to have pulled out a knife and stabbed another man in his mid-50s once in the chest. <\/p>\n
After the stabbing, the victim followed the suspect in his vehicle to the area of Shields Avenue and West Avenue, where officers were able to detain the suspect.<\/p>\n
The victim was transported to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment, where he’s expected to recovery. <\/p>\n
