PONTIAC, Mich. \u2013 A decomposing body was not found in an Oakland County wooded area on Thursday. But instead, a doll.<\/p>\n
Authorities responded to a wooded area near E. Montcalm Street and N. Saginaw Street in Pontiac on Thursday, March 26, for a report of a body being found. <\/p>\n
The Oakland County Sheriff\u2019s Office initially reported that deputies found what appeared to be a decomposing body.<\/p>\n
On Friday, March 27, the sheriff\u2019s office confirmed a doll was discovered, not a body as previously reported.<\/p>\n
