(Fresno PD)<\/p>\n<p>Both were taken to Community Regional Medical Center, where Ivory was pronounced dead at 1:20 a.m. The younger man was listed in stable condition.<\/p>\n<p>Police said the victims had arrived at the complex when a disturbance broke out with another resident.<\/p>\n<p>An unidentified man associated with that resident fired several shots at the victims. Investigators have identified Jaime Martinez, 21, as the suspect, who remains at large.<\/p>\n<p>A murder warrant has been issued for his arrest.<\/p>\n<p>Got a Tip?<\/p>\n<p>Authorities are asking anyone with information on Martinez\u2019s whereabouts to contact Fresno Police Homicide Detectives J.
