\n 3280 Corporate View in Vista\n <\/p>\n

A\u00a0joint venture of RAF Pacifica Group<\/a> and CenterSquare\u00a0Investment Management<\/a>\u00a0has sold an approximately 60K SF\u00a0industrial\u00a0building at 3280 Corporate View in Vista.<\/p>\n

The property was fully leased to electric carmaker Rivian<\/a>, according to a release from the sellers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The property sold for $16M. The buyer\u00a0was not disclosed.\u00a0<\/p>\n

RPG and CenterSquare\u00a0acquired the property<\/a>\u00a0in 2022 for approximately $10.8M, property records show.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The North San Diego County property is close to affluent coastal communities including Rancho Santa Fe, La Costa, Encinitas and Carlsbad. Vista is an\u00a0established\u00a0hub for advanced manufacturing,\u00a0logistics, and research and development.<\/p>\n

Q4 2025 marked the\u00a0San Diego industrial market’s\u00a0fourth consecutive quarter of positive net absorption,\u00a0according to CBRE<\/a>. The market saw net absorption of 1.4M SF in the full year.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Availability held steady at 9.2% in Q4, the first time in more than eight quarters the overall availability rate did not increase, CBRE found.\u00a0<\/p>\n
