County, we are seeing rain now falling in Anaheim, Costa Mesa and Mission Viejo,\u201d KTLA Meteorologist Vera Jimenez said. \u201cThen, as we continue across into the Inland Empire, places like Perris and Riverside are getting some rain, so is San Bernardino.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The weather system moving through the region is not expected to be an especially large rainmaker, with the National Weather Service forecasting any measurable rainfall likely to be under 0.10\u201d in the coast and valleys, with a chance of 0.25\u201d in the foothills.<\/p>\n<p><a data-ylk=\"ct:story;elm:img;itc:0;\" class=\"stretched-box\" href=\"https:\/\/ktla.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2026\/03\/Weak-SoCal-weather-system-2.jpg\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"><img alt=\"Weak SoCal weather system\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" decoding=\"async\" data-nimg=\"1\" class=\"rounded-lg\" style=\"color:transparent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/fb4242a2fc2e33c3cbf833770453fc7a.jpeg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A weak storm system moved through Southern California Tuesday night, bringing much needed rain after a sporadically dry and warm stretch on March 31, 2026.
