What began as a simple parking lot disagreement quickly escalated, and now a doctor faces accusations of crossing the line from confrontation to vandalism.<\/p>\n
Most of the altercation was caught on camera at a public parking space, where the dispute took place.<\/p>\n
The victim, Luan Nguyen, learned quickly that the doctor is known to claim this spot.<\/p>\n
He reportedly became upset when he arrived to find him parked there.<\/p>\n
In footage from the incident, the doctor and the other party exchange heated word.<\/p>\n
Security arrived shortly afterward.<\/p>\n
Nguyen, who recorded the footage, says he continued working despite the confrontation.<\/p>\n
He identified the doctor as Jaipal Sidhu, who he says threatened to damage his car before it happened.<\/p>\n
In a split second, while Nguyen was distracted, the alleged vandalism occurred.<\/p>\n
In the video, Nguyen’s tire is heard hissing.<\/p>\n
He tells Sidu, \u201cDid you just flatten my tire? That\u2019s crazy. You went to go flatten my tire. Wow.”<\/p>\n
Sidu responds, \u201cNo, I didn\u2019t do it.\u201d<\/p>\n
At first, Nguyen did not press charges.<\/p>\n
Instead, he took the video to social media, where it quickly went viral.<\/p>\n
He says he only decided to take legal action after hearing from others who had experienced similar behavior.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe would put cones around his car. Someone\u2019s telling me a story like there was a nutritionist who parked there, and he was getting yelled at,” he said.<\/p>\n
Nguyen told FOX26, this didn’t appear to be the first time so he figured it was time to do something about it.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou can\u2019t just be treating people that way because it\u2019s something you\u2019re used to, especially in a public area. I definitely want to teach him a lesson. Especially with more stories coming up, it\u2019s funny, that every day there\u2019s something new, like, oh, he\u2019s done this, this, and this,” he said.<\/p>\n
FOX26 News reached out to the doctor\u2019s office on Tuesday. No answer.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday, a crew stopped by, staff told them that he was unavailable but shared that they have been receiving death threats and harassing calls, and they are asking the public to please stop.<\/p>\n
Nguyen responded, saying such threats go against his values and has also requested that people stop targeting the doctor and his staff.<\/p>\n
