<\/a>Francisco Fuentes, 65, was killed in an auto-pedestrian collision Friday night in Long Beach.<\/p>\n\nHe was named by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner as Francisco Fuentes.<\/p>\n
\nThe crash occurred at approximately 8 p.m. near Del Amo Boulevard and Locust Avenue, according to Long Beach police. Investigators said a 2023 Hyundai Tucson was traveling westbound on Del Amo Boulevard when it collided with the pedestrian, later identified as Fuentes. Tragically, he died from his injuries at a nearby hospital.<\/p>\n
\nThe Hyundai driver remained at the scene, and authorities do not believe alcohol or drugs were a factor.<\/p>\n
