With Antora Energy\u2019s expansion, it has about 101,000 square feet of space in North San Jose, all in the Zanker Road area.<\/p>\n
The company had initially occupied a building totaling 50,300 square feet at 2350 Zanker Rd. Recently, the company added buildings in the immediate vicinity. One building totals 26,000 square feet while the other totals 25,000 square feet, according to Antora.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis expansion means that we can get major projects online faster,\u201d said David Bierman, Antora\u2019s co-founder and chief commercial officer.<\/p>\n
Antora says its modular thermal batteries can deliver reliable and cost-effective heat and power for industrial and data center loads of any size.<\/p>\n
The company is also seeking to produce its thermal battery storage devices in California and, specifically, in the Bay Area.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was a no-brainer to manufacture products in the Bay Area,\u201d Briggs said. \u201cThere is a lot of amazing talent for manufacturing physical objects. There are great people here who can do that.
