TICKETS: General admission for all games runs $13 while youth (3-13), UC Davis staff members and fans Seniors (65+) can get in the door for $10. \n\tAshley Sawai<\/a> collected her third-straight win, throwing five scoreless innings out of the pen, allowing just two hits and one walk
\n\tCaroline Grimes<\/a> took the circle to start, and despite throwing 152 pitches in the 12-inning marathon last night, she gave the Aggies two innings of one-hit ball
\n\tGia Felice<\/a>, Sydney Polli<\/a> and Claire Shelton<\/a> all gave the Aggies a multi-hit day, with Shelton scoring a run and smacking a double
<\/p>\n
\n\tLong Beach State would get on the board first, using an RBI double off Grimes in the second but that would be it for runs scored for The Beach as the pitching duo of Grimes and Sawai locked things down
\n\tIn the fourth, UC Davis got runners on and after Rylee Reeves<\/a> lifted a fly ball to right the Aggies scored the tying run when Shelton scored on a fielding error by The Beach shortstop
\n\tTwo frames later, in the sixth, UC Davis took the lead when Reeves run out a fielder’s choice that brought home Kayla Macias<\/a> to give the Aggies a 2-1 lead
\n\tA one run lead was all Sawai needed over the final two frames to keep Long Beach State in check
\n\tOver those final two frames, Sawai faced just one over the minimum as she shut the door and locked up the Aggie weekend sweep with a series finale 2-1 victory\u00a0
