The man accused of killing a young couple and their unborn baby<\/a> in a crash at the end of a police pursuit is now facing three charges of murder, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Marshall Judson, 31, is scheduled to appear in court on Monday in connection with the crash that killed Jennifer Loera-Zarco, 25, her 26-year-old boyfriend, Marc Trejo Saldivar, and their unborn son, who was due on April 20.<\/p>\n

The crash was reported Wednesday night after Judson led Pomona officers on a chase after they responded to a report of domestic violence on East 10th and South Elm Streets. According to police, Judson intentionally drove into a parked patrol vehicle then took off, instigating a brief pursuit.<\/p>\n

The 2-mile chase ended when Judson crashed into another driver near the intersection of County Road and Garvey Avenue. Saldivar was driving the car that was struck and Loera-Zarco was in the passenger seat. Both died at the scene and their unborn son did not survive the crash.<\/p>\n

The young couple\u2019s loved ones held a memorial on Friday<\/a> to mourn their sudden loss.<\/p>\n

In addition to the murder charges, Judson is facing other charges that include driving under the influence, assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer, driving without a valid license, felony evasion and vehicular manslaughter. It\u2019s unclear if he has an attorney who can speak on his behalf.<\/p>\n
